GK HR Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. is a premier recruitment and staffing organisation headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Established in 2008 as GK Consulting — a sole proprietorship — we incorporated as a Private Limited company in 2012 following rapid growth and increasing client demand.

Today, we are a 300+ member organisation with over 150 certified Talent Acquisition Professionals on our team, serving as a strategic hiring partner for world-class American, European, and Indian multinational corporations. Our work spans permanent placements, contract staffing, leadership hiring, and full RPO across India's most competitive sectors.

The Beginning

GK Consulting established as a boutique executive search firm in Bengaluru, with a focus on IT and engineering roles.

2010 – First MNC Clients

Building Reputation

Onboarded first direct MNC clients in the IT sector. Built reputation for quality and speed of delivery.

2012 – Incorporated

Formal Incorporation

Formally incorporated as GK HR Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. as client base and team expanded rapidly.

2014 – Portfolio Expansion

New Services

Added Contract Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to the service portfolio.

2016 – 50+ Clients Milestone

Growth & Expansion

Crossed 50 direct MNC clients. Opened branch office in Udupi, Karnataka.

Domain Certification
